Morning juice

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/5 small pineapple

  • ¼ grapefruit

  • 1 apple

  • Thick slice of lemon

  • 2 carrots

 

METHOD

  1. Cut the ends off the carrots

  2. Depending on the size of juicer you are using the fruit might have to be cut into smaller pieces to fir certain juices

  3. I chop the apple into 6 pieces (don’t peel or core it)

  4. I also keep the lemon rind on the lemon.

  5. Juice one apple, then the lemon and ginger, then one carrot

  6. Lastly juice the other apple and the last carrot.

  7. By juicing the hardest foods last, it pushes anything else that is left through thoroughly.

  8. Add the crushed ice and enjoy
