
Tropical breakfast juice
INGREDIENTS

¼ pineapple
-
¼ grapefruit
-
1 apple
-
Thick slice of lemon
-
2 carrots
METHOD
-
Cut the ends off the carrots

Depending on the size of juicer you are using the fruit might have to be cut into smaller pieces to fir certain juices
-
I chop the apple into 6 pieces (don’t peel or core it)

I also keep the lemon rind on the lemon.

Juice one apple, then the lemon and ginger, then one carrot
-
Lastly juice the other apple and the last carrot.

By juicing the hardest foods last, it pushes anything else that is left through thoroughly.

Add the crushed ice and enjoy
