INGREDIENTS

• 2 cups frozen strawberries

• ½ cup fresh strawberries

• 2 chopped frozen banana

• 1/2 cup milk (I use almond)

• 1 cup yoghurt (I use dairy free vanilla)

 

METHOD

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth

2. If you think it’s a bit thick add a little more milk to help it mix.

3. Put the mix in a box and store in the freezer.
