Spiced Apple & cinnamon
INGREDIENTS

1 tsp cinnamon
-
1 tsp ground ginger
-
1 red apple
-
1 tbsp honey
-
½ cup oats
-
500ml almond milk
METHOD

Wash the apple and chop into pieces, discarding core.

To a blender add the apple pieces, almond milk, cinnamon, ginger, oats, and honey
-
Blend on high for about 1 minute until smooth.

Sprinkle with chopped almonds and cinnamon (optional)

Enjoy!
