Spiced Apple & cinnamon

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp ground ginger

  • 1 red apple

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • ½ cup oats

  • 500ml almond milk

 

METHOD

  1. Wash the apple and chop into pieces, discarding core.

  2. To a blender add the apple pieces, almond milk, cinnamon, ginger, oats, and honey

  3. Blend on high for about 1 minute until smooth.

  4. Sprinkle with chopped almonds and cinnamon (optional)

  5. Enjoy!
