My aim is to work with you to help and encourage you reach your goals, improve your self confidence, provide in depth information and advice throughout your development process and understanding the connection between food, fitness and your mind.

This process includes:

  • noting and discussing your goals

  • fun and empowring events and activites

  • delicious recipes and cooking classes

WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?

Anyone and everyone is welcome to start at any time. Those who are willing to learn, improve and grow inside and out. If you have any specific health, nutrition and food related issues, these can be discussed and agreed on the best move forward for your situtiation to help you feel and look your best.

The advice and coaching I offer looks at your current health and wellbeing situation and any issues you may have, we work together to help you reach your goals and create positive healthy habits. This is not therapy or counselling and therefore not suitable for mental health issues, trauma or dealing with the past
