Choccy fruit bites


  • dark chocolate bar 

  • assorted dried fruits 

  • chopped nuts 

  • mixed seeds



  1. Prepare a plate with baking paper or tinfoil 

  2. Break the chocolate into small pieces and put in a bowl.

  3. Microwave for 60 seconds, and then stir and microwave a little bit more until the chocolate is melted

  4. Use a spoon to make small rounds of chocolate onto the lined plate the sprinkle each round of chocolate with an assortment of your healthy options while the chocolate is still hot.

  5. You can make them whatever size you like, I like them small, just enough for a bitsize piece

  6. Place the plate in the fridge to cool

  7. Remove from the plate once hardened and enjoy.
