Breakfast fruit smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • Half banana

  • 10 strawberries

  • ½ cup blueberries

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • ¼ cup coconut cream

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp flax meal

 

METHOD

  1. Peel the banana and chop into small pieces then place in a small an into the freezer over night

  2. To make the smoothie, add the banana to a blender along with the rest of the ingredients and blend well until smooth and well bombined

  3. Pour out into a glass and enjoy!
