Blueberry smoothie


  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 frozen banana chopped

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp chia seeds



  1. Peel the banana and chop into pieces, then place in a bag or box and freeze, chopping it beforehand makes it easier to blend later on

  2. Once the banana and blueberries are frozen, place everything in a blender and mix well

  3. Pour into desired glass and enjoy
